Cancellation fees: By replying “Y” to this text, you’re confirming that you understand our price chart, click here to see the price charts. remember the price chart doesn't include our demating fees. If you have any questions about prices make sure to call us before your appointment, also you agreed to have your pet ready for our arrival in the hour window specified in the text. For example, if your appointment is at 3 pm, someone must be present to handle the pet’s between 3 and 4 pm, as well as be present by the time we’re done with the pet, which will be specified by the groomer at the time of arrival.
If you don’t respond to your confirmation text, we will follow with a phone call. If you are not able to reach you, we’ll leave you a voicemail saying we’ll be canceling your appointment by the end of the business day to prevent you from any cancellation fees.
• If we arrive at your location and no one is present you will be charged the full price.
• If you cancel within 3 business hours of your appointment, you will be charged the full amount of your appointment total.
• If you cancel your appointment within 24 hours, you will be charged 50% of your appointment total.
• If we need to wait the first 5 minutes will be on us, after that we will charge for that time, also this includes if there is no one present when we’re done with the pet's, and we need to wait to bring them back inside. We will charge $10 for every 15 minutes of waiting.
